A LARGE WEATHER SYSTEM DROPPING OUT OF THE GULF OF ALASKA WILL BRING RAIN... WIND AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF MOUNTAIN SNOW TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK

The creek will be up five feet on Saturday (woohoo!), so the National Weather Service site predicts. It's good to have water in the creek again, after all these months of the dry creek bed serving as a highway for local taggers and trespassers on motorbikes and ATVs.
